We aspire to deliver the highest possible standard of health care to our patients and to be a central part of our local community. The practice is a six doctor partnership covering the residents of Finchampstead, Arborfield, Barkham, California, Eversley, and parts of Crowthorne and Wokingham. The practice is also an independent partnership contracted to the NHS to provide specific primary health care services. The doctors, nurses and staff form the primary health care team who provide patients with an extensive range of services. Winter Seasonal flu immunisation clinics

To receive a seasonal flu vaccination patients should attend one of our annual 'walk in' clinics. These are to be held from 8.30am to 11am on Saturday 3rd and Saturday 17th October 2009

Your are entitled to a flu immunisation if you are 65 years old or over, or if under 65 you are identified as being in at least one of the clinical 'at risk' criteria set out by the Department for Health.

Consent forms are now available from reception for collection. Patients must complete this form and bring it with them on the day of the clinic they attend, as a vaccination cannot be administered without it.

Patients should understand that only those entitled to do so may receive a flu vaccination. We would respectfully ask that any patient who is denied a request for an immunisation, accepts any decision made. Please enquire at the surgery if you are unsure whether you should be immunised.
